Wish List for Items Currently Needed for our PD

VIRTRA SHOOTING SIMULATOR	$ 249,333	Department primary need.
SCHOLARSHIPS FOR HS STUDENTS	$ 3,000
CADET/EXPLORER TRAINING	$ 3,500	Allows outfitting cadets with gear for training purposes. Also allows to cover costs of competitions.
DEFENSE TACTICS EQUIPMENT	$ 5,000	An everyday mode for officers on patrol. Allows for more specialized training. Helps officers learn the skills needed to increase their survivability as well as take people into custody more safely.
FIREARMS TARGETS	$ 5,000	As the department grows and continues to train, Firearms Targets need to be replaced periodically to allow officer the ability to change up their course of fire and make for more dynamic training.
INTERDICTION TOOLS	$ 5,000	Gives officers the ability to conduct a more thorough interdiction investigation on the side of the road, to better reduce these harmful items to be deployed into our community.
AEDS FOR PATROL VEHICLES	$ 12,000	Better equip officers to be able to perform life saving measures on patrol. The ability to have more devices deployed on a street at one time so there is a higher probability one is available when the need arises.
FIRING RANGE IMPROVEMENTS	$ 15,000	In Lieu of Training Facility
BEARCAT TACTICAL VEHICLE	$ 300,000	Quick response armored vehicle used for high risk situations, more practical than the MRAP, as it does not require a CDL nor special escort to travel.
SHOOTING RANGE/ TRAINING FACILITY	$ 3,000,000	Firearms training is a crucial part of an officers job. Having a full training center would allow the best trained officers in defensive tactics, pursuit driving track, shooting simulator, etc.
